here are plants with a fractal form, in which the whole is duplicated by many approximately identical smaller parts.... like these weeds growing between bricks...
japanese maple...
maidenhair fern...
gaillardia 'fanfare' bud...
japanese painted fern...
larch (well, maybe not so much)
deutzia buds...
