ARISAEMA & THINGS

the evergreen magnolia has never had so many blooms...

arisaema candidissimum delicately blooms in the shade

arisaema farghesii hidden beneath its leaves

the potager coming into its own... we have harvested lettuce, carrots, rainbow chard, radishes, snow peas, and herbs so far.

MAGNOLIA ASHEI & OTHER WHITE BLOOMS

magnolia ashei has finally opened after a 3 year wait... here's a bloom decorated with a pansy so you can see the size...

m. ashei is on the left of the potager... which looks to need a good sweep...

 here's m. ashei with a 2' rose placed inside... big flower!

the white wisteria has finally bloomed after a 5 or so year wait...

 dependable white iris...

and evergreen magnolia 'bracken's brown beauty' is abloom with waxy, 9" blooms.

white flowers are too boring, eh?
