our deer look like this to me:
next they will be asking for a decaf latte to go with those pansies. now the deer are coming into the back yard more often and decimating the phlox, clematis, anenmone, lillies, hostas, etc. sigh. pehaps i should leave the dogs out all night to chase the deer.

So, is it venison for dinner?
unfortunately, we're not allowed to kill the deer devils. and too bad, because they get so close you could lasso them and slit their throats.
if you can't kill can you "accidentally" maim them?
all ideas are welcome! the dogs are trying very hard, on the off chance they catch the deer in the yard, but have not gotten a piece of them. anyway, if i kill a deer, i want the venison!
