our spiders are intensively hunting this time of year, building larger and larger webs. this one has taken up residence in front of a window, where i can photograph her hunting at night from inside the house.

Great pictures of Mrs. Spider, and your hubby did well capturing the web too. I love to see the webs dripping with morning dew. I haven't found one to take a picture of yet this year...just the mat-like webs that I keep having to take off a couple of my window boxes. Those spiders are determined!
