our area has had the least snowy year since 1878! today, when it is usually in the 20's F, we are to have 70 F! mom's camellia, which usually blooms in april, is blooming now:

    What a pretty color it is too. I don't seem to remember blooming while we lived there, though she has had it for 20 years.
